how to do it

Journaling often dies at the blank page. Talking is easier than writing, and a few minutes of speaking at the end of the day, or whenever something's on your mind, can be enough.

  1. Record an entry whenever something's on your mind. Voice memos run up to ten minutes.
  2. The void transcribes it word for word and gives it a short title.
  3. Tag entries #journal to keep them together, and search them by keyword any time.
  4. Your summary email reads back what you captured, daily or weekly. On premium, ask the learn page what's changed over the last few months.
